1. Apply the mixture twice a day for 7 days
2. DO NOT use deodorant through this time.  If needed wipe your smelly bits with water through out the day. 
3. For safety do not expose your armpits to the sun for an amount of time.  The mixture is photosensitive and can make the skin the mixture is applied to easier to sun burn.  
4. Tell your friends how amazing this stuff is! Then everyone around you can be less toxic.
